We're about to be flooded with "new year new me" and it can be overwhelming and the pressure, well, unnecessary 😑
That said, carrying more more weight than we'd like is totally exhausting and strips you of happiness. How do I know? Because I've been there 6 & a half stone ago ❤️
You don’t have to be confident.
You don’t have to be motivated.
You just have to turn up.
Everything else can come later – with my support.
Past present or future member I'd love to see you this January. Nae xx

These 2 incredible ladies joined me just 9 months ago. They didn't know eachother before joining my group and have since become great friends ❤️
They have lost over 9 stone in 9 months with Kellie Hawkins reaching her target weight this evening 🎯
I'm so proud of them, it's a pleasure to coach these fantastic women and see them smash their goals xx
