Is it sustainable?
Many ‘diets’ are based around short term restrictions and have an expiry date. We often crave, lose motivation, and ultimately it’s just a waiting game as to when we will revert back to old habits. We focus on gradually changing daily habits, learning how to balance foods and sugar levels, reduce cravings and FEEL GOOD 🥰 we coach mindset to help understand it’s okay to not be perfect and enable our members to feel in control. Working around each individual’s needs, goals, likes, dislikes, work and family schedules, social life etc. So absolutely it’s sustainable but you’ve got to want to change your daily habits if you want to change your health long term 🤩
Do we have to be on social media?
Not at all 😃 social media is a great way of showcasing results and we appreciate members allowing us to share their journeys and stories to inspire others 🤩 but we completely understand that some people don’t want to be on socials and we completely respect that.
What happens during the wellness evaluation?
There’s so much value in this 45min consultation and it’s all currently FREE of charge with no obligation to join. We firstly have a chilled chat through current habits, goals and any challenges you face. You receive full body composition analysis and explanation of all your stats including body fat, metabolic age, hydration levels and physique rating. It also gives us an opportunity to fully explain exactly what we do. How we work is very unique and depends on each persons needs so it ensures we can give the correct information and options for you.
Is this just for people trying to lose weight?
Absolutely not. We work with 3 categories of people.
1- Weight managing (losing or gaining weight and maintaining a healthy weight)
2- Wellness (energy, sleep, gut health)
3- Fit & Active (fitness, recovery, strength)
Some people fall within a couple of categories but ultimately good nutrition is for absolutely everyone 🙌🏼
