Hi all, so I have kept my prices as low as possible for the past few years now but unfortunately with the cost of everything around me going up I have made the hard decision to increase my prices. ✨Reiki: 60 minute appointment £40
Hands on or off universal energy healing. Fantastic treatment for mind body and soul. Releasing blocked energy and emotions. Benefits include: Better sleep, Improved mood, Pain relief. Reiki brings about deep relaxation which in turn helps the body heal itself.
In my treatments I also incorporate sound and or crystal healing if I feel drawn too.
✨Clinical Duopody Reflexology:
60 minute appointment £40
Treatments are tailored to individual needs. Duopody is different in that both feet are worked symmetrically at the same time. Working through the systems of the body to help bring back homeostasis (balance). It can help with so many things but just a few examples are: Headaches, back problems, sciatica, fertility problems, achillies tendon issues, insomnia, endometriosis and so much more more!

This lovely treatment offers you the best of both. With half an hour of reflexology and half an hour of reiki - bliss!
✨Facial Acupressure: 60 minutes £45
If you’re looking for blissful relaxaxion this is a must! This treatment involves a head and neck massage to start followed by a face cleanse using all organic products. A hot flannel is placed over the face for a couple of minutes before removing the cleanser. An organic face oil is then used along with hands and or crystal massagers to massage the whole face. Gentle pressure is applied to acupressure points. A nice cooling rose water is then used to gently wipe off any excess oil. This is fab for general relaxation but is also good for headaches and sinus issues.

Pressotherapy is a non-invasive lymphatic drainage massage technique that uses specialised leg boots with inflatable compartments to apply rhythmic, controlled air pressure to the body.
