Just a grounded practice designed to help you move better, breathe deeper, and switch off for a while.

We combine purposeful movement with moments of stillness, guiding the body from effort into ease.

✨ Mother’s Day Mini Retreat Update ✨

Well… that went quickly.

The Mother’s Day Mini Retreat sold out and because the response has been so genuinely lovely we’ve opened two additional spaces.

One has already been snapped up which means there is now just one space left.

This morning is about gentle flow, deep rest, guided relaxation, sound bath and warming food. A few quiet hours created especially for mothers and women who give a lot and don’t often stop.

If you were thinking about it but hadn’t quite committed yet this is your little nudge.

Once this final space is gone that really is it.

This Mother’s Day, we’re not doing rushed brunches, noisy cafés or polite smiles while holding it all together.

We’re doing rest.

Join us for a deeply nourishing morning designed to soften tired bodies, quiet busy minds, and offer the kind of care that doesn’t ask anything back.

What’s included
• A gentle yoga flow to ease stiffness and reconnect with your body
• Restorative poses to fully let go (props, support, comfort)
• A guided relaxation to switch the nervous system off properly
• A soothing sound bath to settle everything that words can’t
• Warming, nourishing food afterwards to ground and restore

No experience needed.
No pressure to perform.
Just space to breathe, rest, and be held.

Come on your own.
Come with your mum.

A small change to our schedule but a strong continuation.

**Due to unforeseen circumstances, Leigh is no longer able to teach Mankind Yoga but has handed the reigns over to our very own co-founder Stuart, who will be taking it forward with his own considered interpretation.

This practice blends deliberate activation, structured flow, and restorative stillness.
We move to wake the body, focus the mind, and then slow things right down.
Less about peak poses. More about learning when to work and when to let go.

It’s steady. It’s grounding. It’s for men who want to move, breathe, and reset without pressure or pretence.

Same space. Same intention.
A new voice guiding the practice.
