These sessions combine the slow, intentional movements of Tai Chi with the energetic flow of Qi Qong, a powerful combo rooted in ancient wisdom, and backed by modern science.

Led by Sifu Boggie(yes, that’s his real name and yes, he’s as cool as he sounds), you’ll be guided through flowing sequences that:

Step away from the noise of everyday life and sink into an hour of deep rest, vibration, and stillness. Our Gong Sound Immersion takes place on the last Sunday of every month, creating a regular space to pause, reset, and reconnect.

Two practitioners, four powerful gongs, and a rich tapestry of sound including Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, shamanic drum, and rain drum will gently guide you into a deeply restorative state.
