Our osteopath Christine has been a busy bee, training to become an infant feeding specialist this year, and we are pleased to announce that she is now offering this service, in addition to her osteopathy and Pilates services.

She is offering antenatal private consultations and group classes to learn more about infant feeding options and help parents be as prepared as possible to be able to successfully feed their baby how they choose. She is also offering postnatal support consultations to help those who are having any problems relating to infant feeding.

We are delighted to welcome everyone back to our Clinical Pilates groups this week after maternity leave.

I hope you have missed us, we have certainly missed you.

We’re also opening new slots in groups and are welcoming new members.

What is Clinical Pilates?

It combines the fun and fitness of regular pilates with the watchful eye of our Osteopath/Pilates instructor, Christine.

In small groups or in private sessions, Christine can target and strengthen those long standing back problems or niggles by using her expertise in osteopathy with the practical exercise of Pilates.
