As I celebrate my 46th birthday 🥳 today I came across this image. It reminds me to believe in myself more. ✨️

The truth is that I am learning to, but it is a slow journey after a lifetime of self deprication.

Growing up being told and believing you had to earn love and being told you were worthless, with this behaviour repeated in my relationships.

At 46, I'm starting to learn my value, to learn how to love myself for who and what I am. ❤️I know I have a kind heart, despite it all, and I am SO proud that I can still show up for others when they need it with an open heart. ✨️🥰

On a lunch date with myself, pinching a mindful moment, whilst I remember my mum who passed 5 years ago today. 💔

Even in the dark, you need to take time to be mindful, to be kind to yourself, and to be grateful for the life you have.

I'm writing Mum a letter, letting her know what she's missed since she passed and what my plans are for the future. Exciting times ahead.

Love you, mum, and miss you every single moment of my life. ❤️

Practicing everyday helps keep the mind . What you put out into the world, you get back. The karmic circle.💫

I keep a gratitude journal and every day I write down 3 things I am grateful for that day. It helps put things into perspective for me and reminds me that my brain plays tricks on me and what I thought was a bad day, actually wasn't as there were more positive things that happened than bad.

As 2025 comes to a close, it has been what i "thought" was a tough year. My life changed in an instant, I mourned the life I had and what was planned for the future. All plans stopped dead. However, looking through my photos, 2025 was actually a really GOOD year.💫

✨️A new relationship, a stronger and closer relationship with my daughter, amazing sh*ts n giggles with friends and colleagues, travelling to some amazing places, holidays, weekends away and, of course, providing comfort, love and guidance to my clients through mediumship.

I have a LOT to be grateful for. 🥰

2026 has BIG plans afoot. Im forever grateful to the life I have, and just because 2025 was different, it doesn't mean that different is bad. The universe has moved me to the path I should be on and removed everything that wasn't serving my higher self.

Happy New Year to all my family, friends, and clients.🥳🥂
