Hollie hasn’t changed her life overnight.
She’s built structure into it.
Early mornings before the day begins.
Simple, repeatable meals.
Training with purpose instead of guessing.
And that’s been her biggest shift…
Getting it done before the day takes over.
No more “I’ll do it later.”
Even over Easter — when most people fall off — she stayed consistent.
Not perfect.
Just consistent.
No extremes.
No guilt.
No starting again Monday.
And now she’s not just lighter…
She’s stronger.
More confident.
