A reminder of our funded Weekly Wellbeing Walking Groups across Basildon, Wickford and Billericay with a qualified walking leader and talking therapist.

All are welcome, just turn up : )

Some possible benefits of attending Walking groups can include: -
Physical: Improves heart health, strengthens muscles, boosts balance, and helps with weight management.
Mental: Reduces stress and anxiety, improves mood, and sharpens focus.

Join Our Weekly Free Wellbeing Walking Groups

Take a step towards better mental health and wellbeing. Our weekly walks are a friendly and relaxed way to enjoy nature, boost your mood, and connect with others in your community. Guided by an experienced Walking Leader and supported by a qualified Therapist, each walk offers a safe, welcoming space to unwind, share, and feel supported. Walking regularly can reduce stress, lift your spirits, and help improve your mental and physical health — all while enjoying gentle movement in the fresh air.

We Are Hiring!! – Charity Shop Supervisor

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Charity Shop Supervisor to join our team for 7 hours every Sunday (plus Bank Holidays and Holiday cover if possible). This role involves helping to keep the shop running smoothly, delivering great customer service, and supporting and supervising our fantastic volunteers.

You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming shop environment while helping raise vital funds for our charity’s work within the community.
