A leaflet came through my door 5 years ago today.
That leaflet completely changed my life 💃🏻
I joined my local group the next day and went on to lose 6st in 10 months and become a consultant ❤️
So I've been out and about today with doggo and Mother Slimming World spreading the word about my amazing groups. If even one leaflet changes someone's life like it did mine, every step is worth it ❤️

I had such a fabulous evening at my first Christmas party of the week with my Basingstoke Rugby Club members, including the ever fabulous Dave who is fondly known as Santa at group 🥰
We played some games, ate some tasty food and celebrated together ❤️

I had a lovely time at my Mum's yesterday to celebrate Christmas with my brother and his family. My mum has always been one of my biggest cheerleaders when it comes to my weight loss ❤️ she prepared a Slimming World friendly meal and even searched through old Slimming World magazines for recipes 🥰
It was so nice to be able to play Twister with the kiddo and my niece ❤️ couldn't have done that 6st ago. Twister counts as body magic right?! Felt like yoga or pilates at certain points 😆🤸🏻‍♀️

Well... Not only are my gorgeous members achieving their Christmas dreams a week early, I have too! 🥰
🎉 I GOT MY 6ST BACK 🎉
I've had a look back and was shocked when I realised I haven't actually been at my 6st loss in 3 years. Got a bit emotional last night 🥹😆
These are the incredible awards I've handed out this week, and I have no doubt the Christmas wishes that haven't quite come true yet, we'll be celebrating them at our Christmas parties next week 🥰
Just shows, you still absolutely can lose weight during the festivities 🎄❤️

Potentially tricky event 1/3 this evening. Our team meeting ❤️ I had Chicken Rogan Josh for 10 swips, plain boiled rice which is Free and I made cucumber, tomato, red onion and 45g feta as my calcium healthy extra choice as a side dish 👌🏻
