Let me reintroduce myself.

I'm Tasha, an established Osteopath providing bespoke patient-centred treatments to improve your health and wellbeing.

🤍 I obtained my Master's degree in Osteopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2020, alongside a diploma in Naturopathy. Since then, I have undertaken additional courses in sports taping and dry needling (medical acupuncture).

🤍 I have a keen interest in treating people with mental and physical disabilities, having been a shift leader caring for young adults with disabilities for 2 years before going to university.

🤍 I also have an interest in helping women with their ever-changing bodies through pregnancy.

🤍 I grew up on the rural outskirts of Basingstoke, I love anything outdoorsy and being in nature.

🤍 When I'm not working, I can usually be found in the gym or with my golden retriever and pony, Tia🐶 and Rolo 🐴.

Having been active and sporty from a young age, I have always been fascinated by the wonderful compexities and workings of the human body and its flaws.
So, whether you're suffering from a chronic condition, recovering from an injury, or simply want to maintain optimal function and fitness, I'd like to help you on your journey.
