2025 has at times been a bit of a pickle for some and I heard this great idea from

So if you know someone who just deserves some me time please DM me and let me know who they are and why. This can also be you.

I'm offering 2 Pay it Forwards in that you can nominate someone for a;

Yesterday was a true gift hosting a Welcoming Winter Retreat with the beautiful Charlotte

Such a wonderful afternoon with beautiful souls.

A day to nourish your soul.

Charlotte and I are so grateful to all who came and helped this be the beautiful afternoon it was.

I will be working with Charlotte again at her retreat on Sunday February 22nd.

This week in Yoga we will be nourishing the light within as we head towards the Winter Solstice on Sunday.

Last Yoga Class is on the 23rd December 5.30pm

Closed Christmas Eve to 2nd January for Massage and Reiki pre booked appointments

I am moving house on the 22nd 🏡
