First marathon loading… & she’s doing it while fundraising for Oxfam GB 💫

She’s put in the hard work, navigated a little knee pain along the way, but with some sports massage & simple physio advice, she’s now back to her usual training plan feeling strong again!

So pleased to see her moving comfortably and building those miles back up with confidence 💪🏼🏃🏻‍♀️

Not every gym session needs to be high-intensity to count 💫
Gentle movement, lighter sessions, showing up tired, slow, or unmotivated- it all adds up.

Consistency is what turns exercise into a habit, not how hard you go every time. Some days you push, some days you move… both matter. Keep showing up. Your body remembers 💪🏼✨

Paul & Frances are 3 weeks into their next training program with Sarah & they’re making incredible progress 👏🏼

The goal is to promote healthy ageing & longevity by preventing loss of muscle mass (accelerates at age 60+), improving mobility & balance, & getting that heart rate elevated to keep the energy system fit & efficient! 💥
