We’re starting the morning with Walking Club to get our bodies moving and our energy flowing. This afternoon, James from Adaptive Fitness will be leading an exercise class focused on strength and balance—a perfect way to support our health and wellness.

To all our staff, family and friends – thank you for coming along, helping out and making it such a special day. The music, the dancing, the good vibes and even the sunshine – everything came together perfectly. 🌟
