I’ve been quiet. I know. Truth is…. I’ve been a little lost in midwifery (very easy to do). However, my dear friend, colleague and now boss (?) 😆 and I have come up with a solution. We just going to double up. 🧡 💜 Farah on Nutrition and me on safe for pregnancy exercise and antenatal education. You are very lucky women! Course starts Monday and we have a couple of spaces left 🤰🏼

Our first week pregnancy course shall be starting on Monday 27th of Feb.
One class per week, led by Midwife and Post Natal Specialist 🧡
