Yoga Journey

I have been a practitioner of different aspects of yoga since 2008. My discipline started in 2014 when I started attending daily classes while living in New Zealand which is when I felt ready to take my journey further and study my first yoga teacher training course. I am a now Registered 500 hours Yoga Teacher in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga . I completed my first 200 hours certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa in 2014 in Thailand, which was followed by a 300 hours Vinyasa Flow certification in India in 2016, both trainings I took are recognised by Yoga Alliance.

I have also completed two 50 hrs yin yoga trainings in which there was an emphasis in both Western and Eastern approaches to the practice, including Traditional Chinese Medicine and meridians as well as myofascial lines and postural analysis. I have also explored and studied the holistic science of Ayurveda for my own application to daily living for which I also hold a certification as an holistic therapist, along with a reiki course level 1 and tuning forks used for healing.

I have been taught by many teachers from different lineages such as Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin yoga and a little bit of Kundalini yoga.

I have taken trainings from inspiring teachers such as Leslie Kaminoff, Meghan Currie, Patrick Beach, Adam Husler, Ambra Vallo, and Annie Au, among many other great teachers who are not as widely known but have instilled great spiritual, mental and physical practices in me.
