We will be hosting a Free event with Janie Perry a lead Nutritionist in January. Anyone who is running a marathon or half marathon in the spring this will be perfect to get race day nutrition tips.
Janie is a very keen runner herself and her work has been featured in the Telegraph, Newsweek and Men’s Fitness.

It will be a maximum of 30 people and if we reach the limit we will then create a waiting list
