We live in a world that celebrates busy.
Everything has to happen yesterday… rushing becomes the norm.
Over time, that constant go-go-go keeps the body in fight-or-flight.
The mind never stops planning or troubleshooting.
That was me—until menopause and burnout forced me to pause.
I realised how much stress had been driving my hormones out of balance and keeping my body inflamed. I ached all over, as if I had the flu every day.
What helped me heal wasn’t just rest.
It was learning to support my whole system—mind, body, and emotions—through kinesiology, gentle yoga, and simple daily self-care.
Slowing down isn’t a luxury.
It’s medicine.
