You can now add a selection of Slimming World bakery favourites straight to your order — making it even easier to stay on track while keeping your cupboards topped up.

Here’s what you can add:

• Pancakes (blueberry or maple) – £1.90 per pack
• Wraps (wholemeal or white) – £1.45 per pack

🎄 Meet John – John achieved his 5 stone weight loss certificate just in time for Christmas 2025! 🎉

We were thrilled to present John with his 5 stone certificate – just 24 weeks after he first walked through the door at group. What an inspiration! 💚

When I asked John for before photos, he joked that he “only had a face for radio” – but we think he’s looking amazing and can’t wait to see more photos as his journey continues!

When I asked him if he ever imagined being 5 stone lighter by Christmas, he laughed and said “No way!” – but here he is, proving that Christmas wishes really do come true 🎁

✨ John was also voted one of our Slimming World Icon winners at Oakridge – a true testament to his commitment, positivity, and the support he brings to our group (pictured alongside Kaz, his fellow winner).

🥾 Mighty Hike, Mighty Friendships! 💚

In September, my members Sam, Sarah and I took on the Macmillan Cancer Research South Coast Mighty Hike – and wow, the hills were killers! 😅 But what an amazing day it was.

✨ Sam and Sarah joined my Slimming World group and we’ve become great friends. ✨ Between us, we’ve lost almost 17 stone! ✨ More than just weight loss – incredible friendships and support also blossom in our group.
