Over the next few weeks, we’ll be introducing the team behind our 1:1 Pilates sessions, so you can find the instructor that’s the perfect fit for you.

With over 10 years of experience, Adam specialises in creating truly personalised 1:1 Pilates sessions that meet you exactly where you are. A 1:1 with Adam is focused, supportive, and tailored entirely to you, whether you’re recovering from injury or ready to level up your training.

Just a quick reminder of our opening hours over the Easter weekend. The Studio will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday, however we will be open as normal for classes on Saturday & Easter Sunday. Normal hours will then resume on Tuesday 7 April. Happy Easter everyone 🐣

We’re delighted to share that Adam, who has been leading our busy Saturday classes for the past 12 months, is expanding his teaching at The Studio and adding Thursday mornings!

Starting 16 April, Adam will be running:

• Beginner Classes: 8:30am & 12:30pm
• NEW 1:1 Sessions: 9:30am & 11:30am

Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or enjoy more personalised support, Adam is here to help you reach your goals!
