It’s yoga time tomorrow! Booking page is working like normal again and I can’t wait to see you there 🙏🏻

Tomorrow we will be working on opening!
Chest openers improve your posture, boost your energy and release tension held in our shoulders, neck and upper back. They can also aid deeper breathing into the lungs.

Update: when booking you will see a ‘booking fee’ added. This has always been the case for online payments but not for offline.
If you are paying offline (ie: in person) you will now see the booking fee. It does not force online payment for this and you do not need to pay this fee on arrival, so just disregard it. I will add a note for when you are booking too.

Hey lovely yogis! The booking site I use want to charge people a booking fee when paying offline. If needs be we will swap booking sites but please hold off booking tomorrow whilst I look into it ❤️

A gorgeous gong bath today and yoga is tomorrow 🙌🏻 - the perfect way to celebrate the full snow moon, which is all about renewal, patience and rest. All of which we will explore in our session tomorrow.
