A reminder for the snotty, coughy season ahead:

Its OKAY if you wake up with/develop a cold/flu/cough on the day of your massage.

These things happen, we can easily rebook with no charge.

Id much prefer that, then you come, end up feeling worse after the massage, and risk spreading the plague to me and other visitors that day!!

YAY for resting at home until youre better 🙏🌈
BOO for the plague spreading ☠️

Walking out of the shop exit this AM, hear a man say 'Dunkers', as if in a passing acknowledgement kinda tone...im in a rush but think, ah dont be rude pop your head back in, so as i do that and say 'whos that then?...' i look round the corner and its a man talking to his daughter whos decided to pick up....yes...the dairylea dunkers. I laughed so loud like a crazy person and walked out.

An Introduction

Hello and thank you for visiting my business page. I’m not one for writing atmospheric monologues but I would like to take the time to share a little bit about me.

About Me

I am an energetic and fitness-orientated individual, I strive to learn and keep developing in all that I do and I enjoy helping those around me, particularly through volunteering at sports and massage events where people push themselves to achieve their best.

Health and fitness have always been an interest of mine, having studied nutrition at university, going on to complete a post graduate in sports nutrition and then studying sports and remedial massage at the Oxford School of Sports Massage. As we all know, the body is a complex system and I find it thoroughly rewarding that I can identify possible causes of aches and pains and provide treatment to alleviate these and help the people I meet feel better and stay active.
