Breakfast made simple - Protein overnight oats

For as long as I can remember, this has been my go-to breakfast solution. Constantly on-the-go and out of time, this breakfast is easy to make AND has all the nutritional needs to set me up for the day

1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup milk
1 scoop protein powder
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
1-2 tablespoons skyr/fat-free yoghurt

Optional adds:
- frozen berries
- chia seeds
- honey
- choc chip

Coach Dan and Sam have a chat with some members about things that possibly made them (and maybe you) hesitate from joining a fantastic gym like The SRX Club

Some come straight from work.
Some squeezed this in between school drop-offs and bedtime routines.
Some are juggling kids, careers, families, and a million tabs open in their minds.
There’s no perfect time—there’s just making time.
45minutes to move. To do something for you.
This is The SRX Club

A 12minute AMRAP explained and executed from coach Dan.
You’re competing against yourself, not the clock.
Go at a pace you can sustain, rest when needed, and aim to beat your score next time.

We've got a new exercise in the bag. Nordic Curls
Why banded Nordics?
They let us regress the movement without regressing the stimulus—controlled eccentrics, better positions, and stronger hamstrings over time.

The spoon theory as butchered by Sam.

Everyone’s situation is different. Everyone has time constraints. This is highlighting how some have to really prioritise what they spend their time on and how they can maximise their results.

We work with every member of our community to help ensure we fit in with them.. not the other way around.
