25 beautiful souls joined me today (not all pictures) outside the Cafe at Beggarwood park for some moving meditation in nature. We got drenched 10 mins in so had to seek shelter while the downpour passed. Thank you very much to Anne-Marie from the Cafe who kindly laid out jugs of water for us and let us seek dry space from the rain. We managed to get the full 18 exercises in before the next downpour. Thank
you to all who took time out of their busy days to join me for a bit of peace in nature 🙏🌾🌳🌦️
