It’s been a busy week for our Service Manager, Harry, with lots of good work completed both in our workshop and out visiting customers. 🔧 Here’s what his week at Baldertech looked like… 📋
🗺️ Monday started with a trip to Bristol to see a customer with two Balders. Both were serviced, and his newer chair was fitted with new tyres and batteries. Then a trip across Bristol to service another F380.
🔧 Tuesday, he headed to North London to complete an annual service on an F380, which included some bodywork repairs and a new seat cushion, which we had available from our UK-based parts supply.
🦼 Wednesday, a trip to Woking for another annual service.
🚗 Thursday began in Daventry to repair a customer’s spare Balder before heading to the West Midlands to recommission a 2007 Balder, and discuss new chair options for them.
♿️ Friday, visiting one of our lovely customers in Worthing to repair their rear light after a small accident and adjusting the bag hook on one of their two Balder F390’s. Before finishing up back at HQ, getting the van washed and restocked with every part needed for the Balder range, ready to go again!
