All classes, whether you join me for Mindful Movement or Yoga Flow, will pause after Thursday 11th December. We’ll return to the mat together from Monday 5th January 2026, refreshed and ready to begin again.

There’s still plenty of time to move, breathe and connect before the holidays. I’d love to see you in class as we ease into the season together.

When these elements are balanced you will experience a felt sense of being grounded, calm, and steady. When out of sync things could begin to feel sluggish, this can also lead to feeling stuck emotionally or a resistant to change.
