Skiing ⛷⛷⛷ puts a lot of load through your knees, hips and lower back so if you’re not ready for Ski-fit ready, you’re more likely to increase your risk of injury. These exercise exercises are designed to help you improve your lower limb strength and control, it will translate into improved technique, more endurance and the ability to ski longer without fatigue.

We’ve got some incredible news to share with you 📣
Many of you will remember Emma, who earlier in the year came to us for one of her last placements through Southampton University as part of her Physiotherapy degree.
Well, we are thrilled to let you know that Emma graduated with a 1st and earned herself a Deans award for her incredible grade 🙌
Emma will be joining us in September as a fully fledged member of the Sophysical Team 🥳🥳🥳
We knew she was a perfect fit for us within the first week of placement and can’t wait for her start.
Well done Emma, we are so proud of you 👏👏
