We had the absolute pleasure of visiting Basingstoke Stroke Support (BASS) at Hill Rise Hall on 11th February - what an incredible group of people! 💜
The energy in the room was amazing. Even the group leaders joined in as we worked our hand and arm muscles together, all while singing along to some fantastic music! It was uplifting and full of smiles.

Have you discovered The Orchard Café, White Hart Lane, RG21 4AF? Nestled inside the Orchard Community Hub, overlooking War Memorial Park, this lovely café truly surprised us! They offer a great selection of delicious meals, lovely coffee and a welcoming atmosphere - what more could you want?
On our visit, Carl (General Manager) was onsite with Super Supervisors Molly & Vicky making sure everything ran smoothly. The whole team were friendly and efficient whether customers were dining in or grabbing a takeaway.

Janet & Dee, our amazing Community Champions, attended the February Community Café at Waitrose in Basingstoke this morning and had a lovely time chatting with some wonderful ladies. Huge well done to Elsa for organising this group — top job!

There’s no stopping our Dee — she whipped out the exercise balls again this afternoon! This time it was at BDDF’s Chronic Pain Support Group at Proteus Creation Space. Everyone squeezed, rolled, pushed and stretched to help strengthen the muscles and tendons in their hands and arms.
