The 3 main steps when treating animals is firstly, lowering my energy and quietly explaining what I’m about to do and seeking ‘permission’ to carry on. Secondly, doing a ‘sweep’ to pick up any obvious areas where the body is drawing energy, and thirdly and most importantly reading body language. Animals are very good at pointing out where they want you to be and when they want you to stop 😁. I treated the lovely Bran recently and you can clearly see that during my ‘sweep’ he stopped eating and paused when I reached the base of his tail, indicating he needed to be grounded. I obviously treat the whole body during each session, but allow the animal to guide me. ❤️
