About Us

J&K Care Specialists is a friendly, reliable and flexible 24 hour Care Agency that has been providing a high standard of service to people for the last 20 years. Our service users are those whom, because of increasing age or disability, find it difficult to cope with domestic responsibilities and their own personal care needs, whether it is within their own home or within a residential setting. We also provide specialised, palliative care to people nearing the end of their lives. J & K cares about delivering the very highest quality of service and we extend this service to support families and friends, as we are aware that it is not always just the service user who needs support. All of our staff go through stringent Enhanced Criminal Record checks with the Department of Health to ensure that each carer is suitable to work with children and vulnerable adults. We pride ourselves on our quality of staff and it is because of their dedication and hard work, that J & K has built such a good reputation as a care provider over the years.

The J&K team would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful new year.

J&K have been hit with one of the most challenging years in a very long time, but we are very proud to say that it has made us better and stronger.

We would like to take this time to thank every single staff member who has helped us out at extremely short notice, but we would also like to thank every single one of our clients who have been so understanding of short notice changes. We pride ourselves in the care we continue to deliver to our clients.

A big thank you to all those who are working Christmas Day to ensure our clients are still having the support they need!

Claire, our registered manager would also like to give her personal thank you to everyone at J&K for their time, hard work, determination and endless commitment to our clients.
Being a manager in such hard times isn’t for the faint hearted but we have pulled through as a team!

J&K are looking for staff with experience in supporting with vascular Dementia & Alzheimer’s for a brand new client.
We require the following shifts to be covered.
Ideally early’s, lates and waking nights (could be sleepin but waiting on confirmation) the shifts could be long days.
This will be 7 days a week.
Staff must have good communication skills to enable comfortable working relationships.

J & K Care Specialists are a safe, friendly, warm and committed service whose ethos is to empower individuals with independence, inclusion, rights and choice within their lives,specific to their needs . The service offers the opportunity for individuals to remain and live at home. The people we support are provided with the support of trained staff to help maintain their welfare. We strive to provide. We are a Home Care provider offering care, support and companionship to people in their own homes and throughout the Basingstoke community.

We understand that sometimes everyday tasks that are often taken for granted can become challenging or difficult. J&K Care Specialists provide quality,affordable assistance that can help people wishing to remain independent in their own home to live their life to the fullest. As well as supporting you or your relatives at home our services could also involve help and support in the community. We are flexible and can rapidly adapt to meet any changing needs. Putting personalisation at the centre of our approach makes sure that our assistance is tailor made to suit you, giving you choice and control. We match our Care and Support Workers to the people we assist. All staff are highly trained and carefully vetted. Please call for an informal chat about how J&K could help you and your family. We provide support to individuals so that they are able to maintain their daily living skills, are supported with emotional needs and provided with personal care.
