Yesterday we celebrated International Women’s Day by going to support BRL vs North Bristol at The Rec Stadium. A stand alone fixture at one of UK’s most iconic stadiums that show cased the incredible growth and increased visibility of the women’s game 💪

We’re proud to sponsor Liv Lewis from BRL. It was wonderful to watch her thriving out there on the pitch, scoring an epic try! To top things off she received Back of The Match honours for her performance at The Rec 🙂‍↕️

At Hybrid Health in the heart of Bath, we’re a team brought together by a shared love of movement, sport and helping people feel their absolute best.

🏉 Rowan – physiotherapist, rugby lover, runner and cold-water river dip enthusiast (usually with his cockapoo in tow 🐶).

🧶 Sarah – the calm and friendly face of Hybrid Health. Rugby fan, crochet queen and the organisational powerhouse behind the scenes.

🚴‍♀️ Vicky – clinic owner & physio, strength training enthusiast, cycles everywhere, and passionate about empowering people through rehab and performance.

We’re proud to be based in central Bath, working with everyone from weekend warriors and runners to gym lovers and rugby players. Our approach? Evidence-based, individual, and genuinely caring.

What is Run Strong?
Run Strong is a 6-week physio-led performance running course, built to:

✅ Reduce injury risk (the big one 💥)

With small groups (max 6runners), you’ll get focused coaching on:

➡️ Strength training for speed & endurance
