We had a special guest in clinic today 🛁

Vicky had a session with Tom today where they did a mini assessment followed by a full recovery session including:

-Sports massage
-Myofasial release
-Dry cup therapy

These all help ease muscle tension and provide more range of movement to help him perform at his best!

What a day! 💪💜
Loved abseiling down in support of — such an incredible cause and an unforgettable experience!

It was extra special for me as I actually studied at Bath College, where my journey to becoming a physiotherapist first began. Full circle moment! 🙌

Huge thanks to everyone who supported the cause, I have raised £150— it was an epic adventure (though I definitely shouldn’t have looked down… legs = complete jelly 😂).

The cost breakdown of our Run Strong program comes to a pretty sweet deal!

These strength sessions will be run in small groups by Rowan, our specialist physiotherapist 💪 He’ll be teaching and delivering a strength program that will make you a stronger, faster runner while keeping you injury free 😍

To track your progress, you’ll have an initial assessment with Rowan before Run Strong starts. After, you’ll have another assessment to help you see how much improved you’ve made over the 6 weeks 🙌
