Very pleased with myself today with continuing to log everything on the app.
Its really kept me focused, helped to see what I’m using my SWIPS on and to keep a proper count. (Not an Emma count 🙄)

So I’ve completely lost track of what days I’ve posted as I’ve been trying to play catch up. That doesn’t mean I’ve not been on plan though, still tracking and putting it all on the app 😊
Here are a selection of my pictures of what I’ve been enjoying since Monday.

Sunday
Breakfast was a Wholemeal pitta (fibre choice) stuffed with smoked salmon 40g low fat cheddar (calcium choice) and cucumber.
Lunch was the beef rangdang slimming world meal, first time trying it and I did enjoy it.
Dinner was what we were meant to have Saturday for valentines night ❤️, better late than never 🤣
Steak, chips, a ton of mushrooms 😬 roasted tomatoes, peas and corn. I was absolutely stuffed and it was all free food not 1 swip in sight 😍
Use 7 SWIPS on snacks. The alpro vanilla yogurt is so yummy, I at the rest of the pot, which was 375g defo worth 3 SWIPS. Then tried some Aldi sour cream and chive puffs not worth 4 SWIPS ☹️

Hi all, feels like ages since I posted but I am still on it. Just baby Amalia taking up my time atm, she’s feels a bit clingy.

I lost half a pound at weigh in on Sat but I’m not surprised as I wasn’t a 100%. Went over my SWIPS on a few days, I was pleasantly surprised.
Sat was a very busy day with 2 children’s parties to attend.
Breakfast was smoked salmon, low fat soft cheese( 50g 4 SWIPS) and cucumber pitta (healthy fibre choice).
Lunch was 1 leftover cheese stuffed (healthy calcium choice)chicken breast wrapped in bacon.
I did very well at the first party and only ate grapes and raspberries 🤩
2nd party had 4 Wholemeal egg and mayo sandwiches. The crust was cut off and they were small rectangular ones ( 1 fibre choice
2 1/2 swips for the extra bread and I would say 5 SWIPS for mayo).
Finished the night with 2 double vodkas and Diet Coke. IT WAS NEEDED 🙄
Bit slack with photos, must do better 😊

Last night we were invited for dinner round at the in-laws. I knew beforehand what it was so I saved my SWIPS especially.

Brunch was leftover lentils (1 SWIP and calcium choice)

Dinner was chicken pie. I gave my pastry to hubby and he was very thankful, normally I do not do sharing when it comes to my food 😂.
As everyone was intrigued when I was talking about the SWIPS per 100g my chips were actually weighed 😊. I would have never asked my mother in law to weigh my chips ever 🙄, but good convo got everyone guessing 😍.
As it wasn’t myself that actually weighed them or know what brand they were I’m over estimating. (6 SWIPS) and using the rest of my SWIPS for the pie (8 SWIPS)

And then my big bowl of fruit and yoghurt ( 1/2 SWIP)

I’ve looked back through my planner and noticed I’m not really having enough speed food throughout my day.
Hopefully tomorrow my car will have a mot and I will be mobile again 😍 (felt like a prisoner without my car) then I can get some shopping in for more speed food.

Breakfast was nutty muesli, fruit and yogurt

Lunch was leftover Cajun chicken (6 SWIPS) with a healthy calcium choice.

Dinner was lentil pasta (1 SWIPS for olive oil) and another calcium choice.
Day ending on 7 SWIPS

Yesterday was a good day on plan and stayed well within my SWIPS.

Brunch was a protein bagel with eggs and mushrooms and then a strawberry mullerlight (1/2 SWIPS) that kept me going until dinner.

Sam made his Cajun pasta which I absolutely love 😍. (6 SWIPS per portion) for the soft cheese that goes into it, worth every single one 😋.

Snack before bed was fruit salad and a strawberry mullerlight (1/2 SWIP)

Day ended with 7 SWIPS 😊

I’m still here people, normally post before bed but sleep is hitting me first 🙄

Hubby took me for brunch on Sunday so I had a build your own breakfast,
2 bacon (fat removed) 2 hash browns (2 SWIPS each) 1 fried egg( 1 SWIP ) double mushrooms(100g cooked in oil 7 SWIPS), grilled tomatoes and Wholemeal toast no butter.

Dinner was left over chilli from Friday night, always taste better after a few days (7 1/2 SWIPS)

Picked up a few flavours of lindahls kvarg yogurts and at the end of the night enjoyed a lemon cheesecake flavour (1/2 SWIPS)
Ending my day with 5 over my allowance 😬

Yesterday weighed in at group and lost 1 lb 😊.
Breakfast was on plan but I had a meal out and a few drinks with the girlies. Probably way over on my daily SWIPS but back to food optimising 100%.
I would defo recommend going to the thailand_wok on moorland road the food was fab.
I chose a couple sharing menu with my bestie great value for money 😊

Forgot to post Fridays meals.

My usual brekkie - muesli yogurt and fruit.
Lunch- protein bagel with ham and 40g low fat cheddar with onion.
Dinner- Chilli con carne with 3 tbsp of low fat crème fraiche 1 swip per tbsp. The mince wasn’t 5%, it was from our local meat van so put it down as 20/25% which is shockingly 7 1/2 SWIPS per 100g. I had roughly a quarter so 9 1/2. Probably won’t buy that again when I know I can have mince for free.
