How do I stay toned? 💪

These products like toxin and sculptra require mixing and Sculptra requires vigorous shaking for a significant amount of time - 1 minute which doesnt sound like much but the arm certainly starts to ache.

It is so important these products are mixed with the right dilutent and the correct amount - why?
✨️ It can affect potency / strength
