When things are in the process of change it can seem so daunting. Especially when the universe wants to change everything for you. And sometimes you can think its very harsh to change everything at once. But you have to trust the process, that the universe has much bigger things in store for you. You just have to learn to breath, calm your nervous system down and align.
I asked the universe for change.. but didn't really bank on everything changing all at once. But im embracing it. The sky is limitless. Everything that you wish for is in the process of happening you need to just trust in the timing and follow the bread crumbs. xx

I don't know about you,
BUT,
I feel like things have been put on pause....Held in a space of nothing! A time where things should be moving forward but don't seem to be.
Now i know there is a reason for this and there is always a reason for everything!
And it can be so hard to just wait when everything inside of you is wanting movement and change.
BUT....
i wait, as there is not a thing i can do but wait.
When the time is right, when the energy has shifted, I know i will become unstoppable.
I feel the energy heightening, increasing power.
But....
i wait, as i know forcing things will only create more pain, upset, frustration, anger...
I wait for the timing, the blessings, the excitement as i know things will shift massively this year for me.
Trusting in the divine timing, the universe knows what i need, what i desire.

What do they say? 1st of January, new year, new you!
But what you are forgetting is that we are still in the middle of winter, Still in the reflective mode, still having been planted and slowly growing. Now is not the time to force yourselves to get on out there and start changing your life.
Give yourself time to continue to process the year just gone, to create ideas of how 2026 will look for you. Without the pressure of being left behind, Looking at everyone else and feeling they are creating this beautiful life. Yes, they may seem like they have it all together, they know where they are going, but are they forcing themselves to get up early and get the work done, or are they being in alignment with their true self and taking things as they come in a peaceful way?
Focus on yourselves!
It really doesn't matter when you get there.
As long as you are moving at a steady pace that suits you, you will get where you are meant to be!

This Saturday we are collaborating with Alison Bowker know before as feeling colors. A wonderful workshop experiencing colour. How colour shows up for you in your life, how it makes you feel. Did you know you could feel so confident just by wearing a particular colour!? Who knew the power!!
The evening will start with a colour meditation while listening to the sound bowls. Then moving on the experience how colour feels for you.

Hello, My name is Tracie, I am a Psychic Medium, And a Healer.
It all started when i was born. I come from a linage of Psychic Mediums. My Grandfather and Great grandfather on my fathers side where both Trance Mediums. As a child around 6 years of age i first started to be aware of the spirit world. I would see, hear and sense spirit around me. I didn’t really understand what i was seeing, hearing or sensing so i kept quiet. As time had passed i began to see, hear and sense spirit less, until i was 19 year old.
I first started my journey into the spirit world with Reiki Healing. At first i sensed heat on particular problem areas. I then began to see colours. But, i wanted to see spirit like my other colleagues. My Reiki teacher advised me to ask spirit to show themselves to me. This took a few months to once again get used to.
After seeing, hearing and sensing spirit again i wanted to explore this gift, so i enrolled on a course at The College of Psychic Studies, in London. Here i met Donna Stewart. Donna taught me the foundations of my abilities. And how to enhance my connection with the spirit world, so i was then able to deliver messages to those who needed reassurance that their loved one were fine. And knew what was happening in their lives here on earth. When working with your loved ones in the spirit world they bring through with them guidance, love and evidence that they are still with you, Seeing what you have accomplished or are still working on.
I have been working with Spirit for the past 20 years. Working with many experienced Mediums from The Arthur Finley College. This is where i met Jannette Marshall. I have been working with Jannette Marshall for the past 12 years. My connection with spirit has grown and grown with trust, love and appreciation for the work i do. I have a spirit team who work along side me, helping to bring through your loved ones, helping me with my Healing sessions and also with my Trance speaking sessions. My team also help me with my teaching courses to enhance your psychic and mediumistic abilities.
I really enjoy reconnecting you with your loved ones in the spirit world. I also really enjoy being part of your spiritual journey and growth into being Psychic Mediums.
