As the seasons shift so does our practice, November classes will be slowing down, bringing our awareness inwards as we ground and renourish. Like the trees shed their leaves, we will let go of what no longer serves us, releasing and renourishing for the deep rest that we need through winter.
Three different classes to choose from
Monday morning at 8.45am to ease back in to the week, Wake & Stretch - finding space in the mind and the body to start your week well.
Wednesday 6.00pm - such a beautiful gentle practice, to rest and restore midweek,
Thursday 7.00am Sunrise yoga - uplifting practice to see you through to the end of the week, to help pick up your energy and help end the week well.
