I am looking for case study models.

Requirements are that you have a musculoskeletal pathology.
For example, but not limited to, low back pain, frozen shoulder, a tendinopathy, sprains, tennis elbow, etc.

This will require a commitment of having 1 treatment a week over a 4 week period. (4 treatments in total)

Treatments will be up to 75 mins, except the first one which you will need to allow up to 90 mins for as this will include a consultation and assessment.
Each treatment will be a focused session with ongoing reassessment and targeted massage therapy.

Treatments will be at the reduced price of £40 per treatment. I will also require feedback at each treatment.

This study focuses on orthopedic assessment and benchmarking progress. Helping to identify the root causes of pain and track measurable improvements over time.

This is an ideal opportunity if you experience chronic or recurring pain, and want to gain insight into what’s driving it — while receiving advanced, evidence-based clinical massage treatments.

This will require a commitment of having 1 session a week over a 4 week period. (4 treatments in total)
Please allow up to 60 mins for each treatment. Except the first one which you will need to allow up to 90 mins for as this will include a consultation and assessment.
Treatments will be at the reduced price of £35 per treatment. I will also require feedback at each treatmenut.

Have your heard the phrase "No Pain,
No Gain" in Massage?
Time to bust that myth!!

One of the biggest misconceptions about massage is that it has to be painful to be effective.

But the truth is an effective treatment doesn't mean uncomfortable pain.

As a jing therapist I will work with you and your body, not against it.
Deep tissue work can be intense, but it should always be within your tolerance.

The goal is to help reduce stress release tension, decreases pain, help with range of movement/mobility and help you carry out every day activities in a pain free way.
Discomfort is normal when addressing tight muscles, but pain that makes you tense up well that’s just counterproductive.

If it hurts too much, your body will resist rather than relax.
