🎄Gifts for you coming up this December with Blossom in Bath🎄

🌟Join us in person every Monday until 15th of December at Early Mothering 1130-130.
🌟Or join us in the comfort of your own home for Noreen‘s free relaxation sessions every Monday evening at 7:30 pm.
🌟Booking is also open for the January course of Pregnancy Yoga if you are looking ahead to after Christmas!

🌟And then next week is a busy one with a Dads and birth partners session on Tuesday 9th December 7pm
🌟And a Caesarean Birth session on Thursday 11th at 7pm.
Both again online and a great way to dive a little deeper into those aspects of your antenatal preparation.
🌟Keep an eye out for another breastfeeding session between now and Christmas as well.
🌟Finally, we are excited to announce our ever popular Christmas Pregnancy café on Friday 12th December 10-12.
All Pregnancy café families past and present are warmly welcomed, older babies and siblings included.
Just drop us a message if you would like to come so we have an idea of numbers!

Hey! We are still here!
And here’s what’s coming up in the next month at Blossom in Bath.

🌸 Relax with us every Monday evening online at 7:30 pm.
🌸 Join us with your new babies at Early Mothering every Monday 1130
🌸 Our popular happy grandparentIng session is now free! Next one running November 19th 7-8pm
🌸 Another free online breastfeeding session on Sunday 30th at 6:30 pm
🌸And November sees a little break for Pregnancy café with some of our own personal commitments plus the added complication of the wonderful making our bath venue a little more challenging.
🌸 Pop Friday 12th December in your diary though, as we will meet for our annual Christmas Pregnancy café.
As always, all families are welcome past and present, bumps, babes and older kids too.
Let us know if you plan to come along and we will make sure we have space!

FREE breastfeeding session Sunday 5th 10am

Breastfeeding is a beautiful way to bond with your baby while giving them essential nutrients and a strong immune boost—breastmilk is truly amazing!
In our workshop, we’ll demystify how your body makes milk and the vital role of hormones.
You’ll learn different feeding positions, what an effective latch should look and feel like, and what to expect in the early days. We also encourage partners to join - it’s a great way to understand breastfeeding and learn how to offer support.
Breastfeeding can come with challenges, but this session aims to prepare you and also give suggestions of where to find support if you need it. We’ll cover common struggles (like latching issues and sore ni***es) and share practical tips to help you navigate them with confidence.
Join us to get the insights and support you need to best set you up for a smooth and rewarding breastfeeding journey!

Yoga, Massage and Aromatherapy for birth workshop coming up on Saturday 18th October 2-4 pm

Come and join us for a practical, informative and nurturing afternoon, to expand your toolkit as you prepare for the birth of your baby and your journey into parenthood.
Let pregnancy yoga teacher and Doula, Harriet Symon- Birth and Beyond, and pregnancy massage, reflexologist and aromatherapist Lizzie Longhurst of Top to Toe Treatments, Corsham and Bath guide you as you immerse yourselves in a hands on workshop of gentle movements and positions for later pregnancy and birth. Spend time exploring various acupressure, massage and reflexology techniques for labour support and hormonal balance, whilst learning about and experiencing the benefits of aromatherapy oils. On the day there will be a chance to buy a personalised blend of your favourite oils to support your pregnancy and labour.

A relaxing and restorative experience, made tangible so that it can be easily recreated at home to support your birth journey.

Suitable for any stage of your pregnancy and fully inclusive for anyone, wherever and however you are planning to birth your baby.
Solo parents and those of you planning to come along without a birth partner are more than welcome, and will be offered a discounted rate.

At Early Mothering on Monday 29th, we will be welcoming Chaya, chair of
Chaya, has kindly offered to come and hear your feedback on what you found positive and helpful in your pregnancy, birth and postnatal experience locally as well as sharing what might have been unhelpful and benefit from improving. Chaya is warm and friendly, a very experienced local doula, maternity campaigner, mother and grandmother. She would love to hear your experiences so she can continue to influence change and improvements in and around the maternity provison in Bath. Everything shared will be anonymous. This is a perfect platform for you to feel heard in your experiences and have an opportunity to influence change. We will have our usual EM in the small hall and Chaya will be in the mezzanine upstairs so you can go up and see her as and when it suits. Love Noreen and Harriet ###

Really excited to announce dates for this autumn‘s monthly mother’s circles Well Bath
Sunday 28th Sept, 19th Oct and 23rd Nov 4-6pm.

This is a circle for ALL mothers.
Whether you are still in the thick of your early parenting journey, or for those of you navigating school-aged children, teenagers, adult children, step children or even grandchildren.

To be in a part of our lives where our thoughts and actions are so constantly and frequently engaged in caring for, or thinking about others, and so rarely about ourselves. This is an invitation for you ALL to sit in circle with other women and mothers, to offer and receive peer support, shared understanding, and a space to really be heard in your experiences, or to just sit and be nourished by the beautiful group and gorgeous space.
