Jane is one of the warm, thoughtful souls at Well Bath, and her daily rituals reflect a deep commitment to wellbeing, learning, and connection. Here’s a little insight into what keeps her grounded and inspired:
🧘♀️ Daily meditation
Jane begins each morning with 15 minutes of Tai Chi followed by a 10-minute meditation, listening to the chant Om Mani Padme Hum. This practice has become a powerful anchor in her life, helping her stay emotionally grounded and centred.
🌍 Learning a new language
Currently taking on the challenge of learning a new language, Jane loves how it opens the door to new cultures while keeping her mind active and engaged (future-proofing her brain too!).
🎧 Podcasts
An avid reader and podcast lover, Jane’s favourite is Huberman Lab, which supported her through her anatomy and physiology studies. She also enjoys tuning into yoga-related podcasts for inspiration and learning.
💛 Friends & family
Above all, Jane treasures time with her closest friends and family. As life has slowed down a little, nurturing these relationships has become one of her greatest joys.

Join Tim Chalice (Harmonium & Vocals), David Oliver (percussion) and Martin Solomon (violin & harp) for this months blissful evening of devotional chanting.
By repeating and immersing ourselves in simple mantras, Kirtan is an accessible way to still the mind and awaken the heart.
Ceremonial Grade Cacao will be available at beginning of the evening, as an optional extra at £5 per person. Cacao and Kirtan work exquisitely well together deepening the connection, joy and shared vibration in room.
