‘ I N N E R W A R M T H ‘
It’s a bit wet and wintry out there. It makes me think we need to focus on our inner landscape during this month’s class. We’ll find some inner warmth with our usual mix of yoga practices, all with the theme of slowing down of course, after what at least for me, has been another busy week. Let’s slow down together!
This class is your opportunity for an hour of meditative movement followed by stillness. It’s a smorgasbord of delicious dynamic and peaceful restorative practices all rolled up in a tidy 60 minute online (live or recorded) package.
Always included: hand (hasta) mudra, a little breathwork, a flowing asana sequence, one or two long-held yin poses, some restful, restorative poses and a guided meditation and relaxation.
