In August, we saw over 43 hours of appointment time go unused due to late cancellations and missed visits. We completely understand that plans can change - life happens! However, with a little notice, we can offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for care.

If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments will incur a fee, and repeated late cancellations might require a deposit when booking future appointments.
