Women’s Astrology Circle

I invite you to an online women’s circle, a gentle space to pause, connect, and align with the wisdom of the cosmos.

Together, we’ll explore the current astrological
season and discover how its energies can support our growth, reflection, and selfunderstanding.

🌙In this circle, you’ll experience:
• A look at the cosmic weather for late October–November - no prior astrology knowledge needed
• Insights into how the current energies may show up in your daily life
• Mindful, practical tools for navigating challenges with awareness and compassion
• Self-reflective prompts and shared discussion to deepen your connection to
yourself and others
• A guided meditation to help you ground and integrate what you learn
• A warm, supportive community of like-minded women on the path of self-discovery

I’m Evelin, astrologer and mindfulness teacher. I follow the language of the night sky and live in rhythm with the messages of the stars. My work blends astrology with mindfulness to offer grounded, heart-centred guidance for everyday life.

✨Whether you’re completely new to astrology or simply curious, this circle offers a welcoming space to deepen your self-understanding and share reflections with likeminded women.

🕣When: Friday 24th October, 19:30–21:00

Do you think mindfulness means sitting cross-legged with your eyes closed?

🧘‍♀️ Meditation is one way to practice mindfulness, but it’s not the only way.

Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, the founder of Western mindfulness, describes it as:
“Paying attention, in a particular kind of way, on purpose and non-judgmentally (as if your life depends upon it).”

Mindfulness is how you show up in each moment.

You can be mindful while washing the dishes, walking to work, or sipping tea.

✨ At Mindful Nest, we explore both everyday mindfulness and simple guided practices, tools to help you build a realistic, nourishing practice right in the middle of parenting life.

No incense or silence required.

The magic? It’s in noticing.

💛 Just 10 minutes a day...
A global study with over 1200 people found that just 10 minutes of mindfulness a day for 30 days can significantly reduce anxiety and boost mood + wellbeing.

✨ Science says it works - and so do we.

Come breathe, reset, and begin your practice at Mindful Nest 🧘‍♀️

A class for You, with your little one by your side

Life with small children is full of joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments... but let’s be honest, it’s also hard.
The days blur together, the to-do list never ends, and finding a moment for yourself can feel impossible.

You’ve heard the saying, ‘You can’t pour from an empty cup’…yet so many of us keep pouring anyway, running on fumes.

That’s why I created Mindful Nest.
A weekly, feel-good class designed to refill your cup in a way that fits into real, messy, beautiful life with little ones.

Each session blends mindfulness practices, guided meditations, and thought-provoking prompts to help you reset, recharge, and see your everyday through a fresh lens.

It’s not about escaping your reality, but about finding calm, strength, and presence within it.

Mindful Nest is open to all parents and guardians with small children (typically aged 0-4, but slightly older ones are welcome too).

You’re warmly encouraged to bring your little one along, not as a distraction, but as part of the mindful experience.

By sharing this time together, you’ll reconnect with yourself, deepen your bond with your child, and find gentle community with others who get it.

Come tired. Come hopeful. Just come as you are.

Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more like you again.

Your wellbeing matters, too.

Mindfulness that fits into parenting life

Hello, my name is Evelin, I’m a mum to a toddler and a certified mindfulness teacher.

In my classes, you’ll experience guided meditations, learn mindfulness techniques, and explore reflective themes inspired by the rhythms of life, the seasons, and the journey of parenthood.

Mindfulness isn’t just a buzzword. It’s a scientifically proven way to boost mental wellbeing, reduce stress, and sharpen focus, especially when life feels overwhelming.

At its heart, mindfulness is a skill. A practice you develop over time to fully be present in the here and now.

Oxford Dictionaries say mindfulness is:
‘A mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations.’

Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, the founder of Western mindfulness, describes it as:
‘Paying attention, in a particular kind of way, on purpose and non-judgmentally (as if your life depends upon it).’

Mindfulness is a powerful tool you can carry with you anywhere, anytime.

Practicing mindfulness helps you:
✔️ Be fully present with your little one and yourself
✔️ Reduce stress and overwhelm in busy parenting life
✔️ Build emotional resilience and calm

Ready to bring more calm and focus into your days? Join me at Mindful Nest to practice mindfulness together 💛
