WHAT TO EXPECT
The initial consultation is free. How the brain works, why we behave the way we do and what we can do to change and improve any unwanted behaviours are discussed. You will be given a free CD to listen to each day. The sessions are ideally at weekly intervals to start with, but this often stretches out to be fortnightly or even further as progress is made. Most people need between 8-12 sessions depending on each individual's case, some will be more, some will be less. Stopping Smoking is only two sessions at £65.00 per session. All other sessions are charged at a rate of £55 for a one hour session. Sessions last one hour with approximately half the session in talking therapy and the other half on the couch in trance. Trance is the most ordinary, pleasant, relaxing experience that we all encounter several times a day, such as whilst driving, watching TV, engrossed in a good book etc...

I have worked in Bath as a full-time complementary therapist since 1999 and qualified as a Hypnotherapy Practitioner in 2010. I gained my second Hypnotherapy Diploma at the prestigious Clifton Practice, where I continue to attend post- graduate professional training in specialist areas. I have also trained with the likes of Paul McKenna, Andy Austin and Richard Bandler, the co-creator of neuro-linguistic programming.
