Hello, I’m Nicola 🤍

I’m a Reiki Master Teacher and Holistic Practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting others on their healing journey. What began as my own path of self-healing and personal development has grown into a deeply heart-led practice, rooted in compassion and a strong understanding of mental and emotional wellbeing.

I offer a range of nurturing, intuitive energy healing therapies, creating a safe and supportive space where you can relax, release, and reconnect with yourself on every level, mind, body, and soul.

✨ I work from my peaceful home healing room in Bathgate, and I’m also now offering sessions at Shining Light Holistic & Wellbeing Centre in Linlithgow, with my official start date there from Wednesday 6th May. I’ll be available in Linlithgow every Wednesday and Friday.

Something beautiful came through as I was sending Reiki to a group this morning 💛

When I channel Reiki, I often tap into messages through my clairs, and I felt this message was something for everyone, not just our Reiki share.

Right at the beginning, I received such a powerful reminder… We are not “doing” healing — we are already whole, already perfect.

The real work is gently stripping away what has been layered on top…

The conditioning, the fear, the old stories, and the expectations of society and family and ourselves, that keep us feeling small or stuck. It’s a process of realising that so much of what we believe about ourselves isn't even real, it’s just a narrative we’ve been taught to carry.

It felt like being shown how much we carry that was never truly ours, and how, when we begin to release it, we naturally rise.

There was also this light, playful energy that came in with a simple message:

Be your true self… fully, unapologetically… because that’s where your joy lives. Remember, you are a true original. There has never been, and will never be, anyone exactly like you. You are here to be yourself, not the version of you that "they" told you to be.

You don’t need to become anything. You are amazing, not because you are "perfect" by the world's standards, but because you are real.

You just need to come back to who you already are 💛

I hope this message reaches those it's meant for. 🙌🙏✨

Back to work after some beautiful time away … feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to hold space again 🌊🤍

I’ve also been really drawn to cherry blossom lately, both out in nature and here in my healing space 🌸

Cherry blossom energy is all about renewal, fresh starts, and soft transformation. It invites you to let go of what’s been weighing you down and step into a lighter, more supported version of yourself.

It can be especially powerful if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or just a bit out of sync.

My cherry blossom candle has been filling the space with such a calm, nurturing energy, it really sets the tone for deep rest and gentle healing 🌸✨

Finishing up for a short holiday and wanted to share this beautiful feedback I received last week 💛

It truly means so much to be part of someone’s Reiki journey. Watching that growth, the confidence, and the deeper connection… it’s something really special.

If you’ve been feeling called to learn Reiki, I offer 1:1 training where you’re fully supported at your own pace. There’s no pressure, no rushing. Just a safe, nurturing space to learn and grow.

One-to-one training is arranged at a time that suits you, so nothing is rushed and nothing is missed.

My most popular way to train is over 4 sessions. This gives you time to gently integrate what you’ve learned, practice in between, and really build your confidence and connection to Reiki as you go.

What a truly fabulous month March has been ✨

🌸Spring has well and truly sprung, and I have been so busy in the best way. I just want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to all my new followers, and to every single one of you for your continued support 🤍

A special mention to the students who have completed their Reiki journey from First Degree right through to Master level… it fills me with so much joy to see you empowering yourselves and stepping into your own healing. It’s such an honour to be part of that journey.

I’ve also absolutely loved our Reiki Shares this month. Seeing our community of students and practitioners growing, coming together, supporting one another, and sharing energy in such a beautiful way has been so special ✨

And to all of my beautiful clients, both new and familiar faces… thank you. I love hearing how these energy healing practices are supporting your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. This is truly what drives me and reminds me why I do this work.

This path began as something for my own wellbeing, and now being able to share it with so many of you honestly fills my heart with so much joy 💫

I’m also so grateful for my new partnership with Shining Light in Linlithgow. It feels really special to be working alongside such a beautiful team and sharing this work with even more people. And Sunday’s charity event was just incredible!

I can’t quite believe we are now in April… one of my favourite months, my solar return, and lots of celebrations ahead 🎉

I’ll be finishing up on Thursday to take some time to celebrate, and will be back on the 14th April.

Still smiling after such a beautiful evening last night ✨

I had the honour of supporting the Empower Women event and celebrating the launch of Evolve studios K.Mc.photography — so special to see her step into this, and even more so as part of our Shining Light Family 💛

What an incredible night… so many amazing women in one space, the energy was just beautiful ✨

I loved meeting you all, having those heart-led chats, and sharing taster sessions of Reiki and Rose Healing 🌹

Thank you so much to everyone who came over, trusted me with your energy, and shared such lovely feedback — it truly means the world 🙏

It made the evening even more special knowing we were also raising funds for Jak’s Den, so far £200 has been raised and Kelly McLean is still selling raffle tickets if anyone is interested. 💛

✨ A little Friday announcement… ✨

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be bringing my offerings and services to Shining Light Holistic Centre in Linlithgow 💛

A really special milestone today ✨

Nicola has completed her Reiki Level 1 after journeying through the course over four beautiful sessions. It’s been such a privilege to walk alongside her and witness her growth each step of the way.

Watching her confidence build, her connection deepen, and her trust in herself gently unfold has been so lovely to see 💫 This is what Reiki is truly about… not just learning a practice, but coming back to yourself in a grounded, supportive way.

In Reiki Level 1, you learn the foundations of working with energy – including self-healing, treating others, understanding the chakra system, and how to bring Reiki into your everyday life. It’s gentle, practical, and deeply supportive.

Everyone’s journey looks different, and taking the time to move through the course in a way that feels right can make it even more meaningful 🤍

I offer one-to-one Reiki training, allowing you to learn at your own pace, with space to ask questions, integrate, and really embody the practice. Sessions can be arranged at a time that suits you.

I’ve been walking with Reiki since 2017…
and over time, it’s become so much more than something I do.

Through teaching, and sharing Reiki with my clients,
I’ve been reminded again and again…it always comes back to the basics.

The Reiki principles.

They’re simple…
but they meet you in real, everyday life.

These are the same principles I gently share with my students,
and come back to in sessions with clients too.

Because this is where the real shift happens.

Just for today…

I will not anger
(not by suppressing it, but by noticing it…
giving myself space to respond, not react)

I will not worry
(softening the need to control everything…
coming back to what’s actually here, right now)

I will be grateful
(even in the small things…
the quiet moments, the breath, the pauses)

I will do my work honestly
(showing up as I am…
with integrity, with care, with presence)

I will be kind
(to others, yes…
but also to myself, in the way I speak and hold my own energy)

Not perfectly.
But gently.
Again and again.

Reiki isn’t just something we learn to support others.
It’s something we live.
Something we return to.

A way of steadying yourself.
A way of coming home to you.

And over time, those small daily moments…
they really do shift something deep within 🤍
