Most lads say they want to “lose a bit of weight”…

But that’s vague.
No pressure.
No real reason to level up.

So nothing really changes for most lads who’re wanting to get in better shape.

Sheraz did the opposite.

He set a serious goal doing a photoshoot.

Something that forces you to show up differently.
Train harder.
Eat with even more intention.

Stop negotiating with yourself every weekend.
Because when you’ve got a date locked in…

There’s no hiding.
And more importantly

He stepped out of his comfort zone and done himself proud.
No more “I’ll just see how it goes”
No more half in, half out.
We built a plan

Dialled everything in
And executed properly.

This is what happens when you:
✔️ Raise your standards
✔️ Commit to something real
✔️ Stop relying on motivation

It’s not about the photos. It’s about stepping out of your comfort zone even more, doing a shoot is a brilliant way to push yourself to another level, and have some photos to reflect & look back out showcasing all your hard work!
It’s about becoming the type of man who actually follows through 👊🏽

Year-round habits keep you in shape without thinking about it.

One chases a deadline.
The other builds a lifestyle.

Don’t get me wrong using things like summer & getting in better shape for a holiday or a wedding etc is of course a good goal to be working towards,

But what’s after that?

Most lads will kill themselves for summer or a holiday then after that? Straight back to square one.

Soft in the mid section
Tossing the gym off
Eating s**t foods
All of a sudden your back to your starting weight and looking the exact same before you started.. looking s**t 😂
Stop going round in circles, get a plan in place for after summer or the holiday, think longer term.

When you get into the habit of doing that you create better habits & staying in shape all year round becomes easy 💪🏽

Truth is…
It’s not your genetics.
It’s not your job.
It’s not your “busy schedule”.

It’s the same cycle:
Good Monday to Thursday
Throw in the towel Friday to Sunday
“Start again Monday” for the 86th time..

You don’t need more motivation.
You need to set better standards for yourself.

Because right now your excuses are stronger than your goals.

Sort that out… everything changes.

The version of you that makes excuses…
vs
the version of you that actually follows through.

The one who says “I’ll start Monday”
vs
the one who gets it done regardless.

The one who settles
vs
the one who raises his standards.

Because let’s be honest…
You don’t need more information.
You need to stop letting your old habits win.

Every day you either:
✔ build the man you said you’d become
❌ or stay stuck where you are

No in between.

Pick your side.

January motivation dies off…
Spring becomes “I’ll start soon”…
Summer hits and you’re hiding in oversized t-shirts again.

Not because you can’t get in shape.

Because you keep choosing comfort over change.

No structure.
No accountability.
No urgency.

Meanwhile, the lads you see in shape?
They didn’t wait for the “perfect time”…
They just stopped negotiating with themselves.

That’s the difference.

After 13 years of coaching, I’ve seen a few patterns over and over again... why men don’t achieve their health & fitness goals

It’s not a lack of knowledge.
�It’s not bad genetics.
�It’s not even motivation.

It’s usually these 4 things:

1️⃣ Lack of Organisation�If you’re not planning your food or booking workouts into your week, you’re winging it, and that rarely works.�Plan your meals the night before. Set your targets. Show up with intent.

2️⃣ Alcohol Every Weekend�It’s not just the extra calories, it’s the disrupted sleep, poor decisions, and slower recovery.
�Yes, you can drink and lose fat. But only when moderation becomes the rule, not the exception.

3️⃣ No Accountability�When no one’s watching, it’s easy to slip.�But when someone checks in, pushes you, and holds you to a higher standard, results follow. Fast.
