That’s just the side effect.

It’s about proving to yourself, daily, that you do what you say you’ll do.
Showing up when you’re tired.
Training when motivation’s nowhere to be found.
Choosing discipline over comfort.

That carries over into all aspects of your life.

You walk into work sharper.
You handle stress better.
You stop quitting on yourself so easily.

Most lads don’t fail because they don’t know what to do.
They fail because they keep lying to themselves.

“Starting Monday.”
“Busy week.”
“I’m not that bad.”

Train hard all week.
Ruin it every weekend.
Repeat for years.

You don’t need motivation.
You need structure, standards, and accountability.

Fat loss phase 7kg down | Gaining phase 5kg up so far 📈

Now deep into his gaining phase.
12 weeks in, 5kg up in bodyweight and only 2kg away from his original starting weight in the before pic.
Waist still tight too, just a 0.5 inch increase 👌🏽

And it’s been far from plain sailing.

Towards the end of the gaining phase his old shoulder injury flared up. Not only have we still pushed serious progress, we’ve fully sorted the shoulder at the same time.

Add in Christmas, a stressful house move, and running his business … most people would’ve thrown the towel in. Not this fella 😎💪🏽

Results speak for themselves:

✅ More muscle
✅ Body fat % still healthy
✅ Waist still tight
✅ Strength up
✅ Training pain free
✅ Stress levels managed properly

Buzzing with the consistency Myke’s showing week in, week out. He’s doing everything spot on.

Consistency creates results.

One burns you out.
The other changes your life.

If you’re still relying on being “perfect”

- Perfect time to start your fat loss goals
- Perfect time to start a side hustle
- Perfect time to start a new hobby

You’ll stay in the continuous loop of never ending excuses stopping you from starting because there’s never a perfect time. (If their was you’d of started already, but more than likely you haven’t)

So start taking more steps to take action, learn to navigate around obstacles more instead of using them as an excuse..

The people that do that?

- They’re in better shape and have more confidence
- They’ve started that side hustle and earning extra money
- Enjoying that new hobby

Me and Mike Have worked previously in the past back in 2024, where he smashed it back then too, But coming off the back of multiple surgeries and general life getting into the way, he reached back out to get some structure & accountability back in place.

The work ethic from Mike is refreshing to be involved with, He’s a lad that gives everything maximum effort, and the results speak for themselves. He sets his standards high and doesn’t f**k about, a dream client to work with. 🫡

Over last 14 weeks he’s easily had several big social occasions to navigate around, in the past he’d of quiet happily turned these all down, which is great in the short term but in this phase we’ve focused heavy on learning how to navigate round social occasions and not fully avoiding them, this is where 99% of lads fail, most lads won’t start “because they’ve got a lot coming up” I’m sick and tired of people using these excuses to be honest 😂 If you focus on how to forward think and plan ahead you can easily still get in sick shape and enjoy yourself, Mikes the living proof, Just like the majority of my clients!

All through simply nailing a solid training & nutrition program, And that extra accountability working with a coach, and enjoying the process of learning how to eat healthy foods & navigate around social plans on a weekend.👌🏽

He’s set himself up perfectly now with the goal of a gaining phase to really add some quality muscle to his physique, watch this space 🔥
