“what is a knot? “

It’s called a facial adhesion - which is where layers of the muscle tissue has healed stuck together. It can cause chronic pain and restrict range of motion.
Through various techniques, massage can release the contracted, shortened muscle fibers and increase blood flow!

We try our best to fill any late cancellations so there is no charge incurred but it’s not always possible.

Our sports therapists are currently fully booked this week (we have a cancellation list you can be added to) We have 1 physio appointment left this coming Saturday at 10am & we have a few appointments left for next week. Message to book.
Post run treatments are very beneficial to recovery.
