You want to EXERCISE but….
🤦🏻♀️ You have repeatedly tried and failed to stick to exercise plans?

With so much information telling us that we need to exercise and what the benefits are, we can often feel quite overwhelmed. When we start, we perhaps have unrealistic expectations of ourselves that can quickly lead to undermined confidence. Past ‘failures’ may also contribute to this and we can have a lot in our mind that is working against us.
