As we celebrate the Chinese New Year and enter the Year of the Horse, we step into a cycle associated with energy, freedom, motivation and forward movement.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy, the Horse reflects the dynamic expression of Yang energy — active, warm and outward-moving. It reminds us that health is not static: it is rhythm, circulation and flow.
