🐎 Welcoming the Year of the Horse – Movement, Vitality & Balance 🧧

As we celebrate the Chinese New Year and enter the Year of the Horse, we step into a cycle associated with energy, freedom, motivation and forward movement.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy, the Horse reflects the dynamic expression of Yang energy — active, warm and outward-moving. It reminds us that health is not static: it is rhythm, circulation and flow.

Reflexology mirrors this principle beautifully.

When we work the feet, we are not simply relaxing muscles — we are encouraging communication throughout the body. Stimulation of reflex points helps support circulation, calm the nervous system and restore internal balance, allowing energy to move smoothly rather than becoming stuck.

The Year of the Horse therefore invites us to ask:
