AFTER yoga ✨🤩 vs before, it’s like day & night for me sometimes. Today my body was desperate for some quiet time on the mat with who’s always been an impactful & inspirational teacher to me 🌞

This is a reminder for me (and maybe teachers out there, too) it’s too easy to teach teach teach and prioritise others practice.

✨Free yoga class! ✨

Hi everyone!

I’m currently teaching a weekly beginners yoga class at The Elizabethan High School every Tuesday night, 6-645pm.

This class is FREE!

& and available to students, parents, teachers or employees of the school!

If you would like to come along, please drop me a message or comment below and I will share the contact information for booking on!

This is a really nice opportunity to try something new, or just unwind during the exam period. Under 16s welcome when accompanied by an Adult ☺️

Happy New Year!

I hope you’ve all had peaceful breaks & look forward to getting back on the mat this January!

Here’s my class schedule nowadays!

Wednesday nights - RnB yoga at Rise Wellness Concept, The Hive, Doncaster at 630pm!

Friday lunchtime - fusion yoga at Rise Wellness Concept, The Hive, Doncaster at 12pm.

I am also on rotation at The Yoga Barn, Retford, covering Friday evenings, 6pm & Sunday morning, 930am when needed. I’ll let you know when I am on the schedule for these classes ☺️

Lastly! Starting Tuesday 14th January, il be teaching a 6 week beginners yoga programme at Elizabethan High School, Retford! This class is open to students, teachers & parents, all levels welcome, starting at 6pm!

There’s a yoga class for everybody, all are always welcome. If you’re looking to return to the mat this year or start something new, get in touch ☺️
