A lovely day cycling , I always enjoy getting out into the fresh air and countryside. Great for the wellbeing. Now onto teaching two classes of yoga Hotpod Yoga Mansfield to stretch out and enjoy the heat on well worked muscles. What a great bank holiday Monday 😁🧘‍♀️🚴‍♀️ -yoga
