Sal is a highly skilled Physiotherapist with a passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies. Currently completing her Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice in Pelvic Health at Brunel University, Sal brings cutting-edge knowledge and compassionate care to every appointment.
With over a decade of experience spanning both the NHS and private practice, Sal combines the science of physiotherapy with a truly holistic approach.Sal can treat a broad spectrum of MSK conditions and her extensive MSK background gives her a unique perspective on how the whole body works together, which she integrates seamlessly into her pelvic health practice as well.
Sal is a qualified APPI Pilates instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, using movement as a powerful tool for recovery, strength, and long-term wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to return to fitness after pregnancy, rebuild confidence in your pelvic floor, or simply move without limitations, Sal’s goal is to help you feel capable, informed, and supported every step of the way.
A certified Mummy MOT® practitioner, Sal is known for her warm, motivating style and her ability to make sensitive topics easy to talk about. She blends manual therapy, tailored exercise, Pilates, and education to create personalised, empowering treatment plans that help women reconnect with their bodies and return to the activities they love—without fear or discomfort.
Her sessions are known for being collaborative, motivating, and tailored to each individual—whether you’re an athlete recovering from injury, a new mum rebuilding core strength, or someone simply wanting to move without restriction.
Outside of the clinic, Sal enjoys swimming, gym S&C, long walks with her dog, and skiing with her family during the winter months.
