We had a great time meeting everyone at the . 🎈🎈

It was a great opportunity for many to asked questions about their aches, pains and niggles and what Pilates and Personal Training they can do with us.

We’ve always felt, how do you make a clinic stall seem interesting? We’re not selling toys 🧸or cakes? 🎂

Well a couple of basket ball hoops - 🏀
For some healthy competition, to keep kids and grown ups occupied.

A large bowl of apples - 🍏🍏🍏 (please take one)

A-frame chalk boards a plenty- 👩‍🏫

And enough indoor plants to make everyone think we were sellling them 🍀🌱🌴🌳🌵🪴🪴🪴

Thank you to all our team that joined in over the day and everyone that popped in to say hello.
